1. The service and its operator
NAIZA LLC owns, develops and operates TAHT. TAHT provides digital status for displaying a project's logo, name and permitted links in a selected game-map area.
Map boundaries are part of the game interface. They are not administrative or cadastral boundaries and do not convey ownership of land, buildings or other real property. Rankings, rarity and titles are game mechanics, not financial assets or investment promises. Resale, finding a buyer and income are not guaranteed.
2. Accounts and project content
Accounts are verified by phone. Users are responsible for the security of their own sessions and devices and must have the rights to use the logos, names and links they submit.
Copyright infringement, brand impersonation, violence or hate promotion, pornographic content, illegal trade, fraud, malware and misleading income promises are prohibited. Spam and harmful links may also result in content being hidden or rejected, or an account being blocked.
3. Moderation and review
Users can report a project. Moderators may temporarily hide content, ask for evidence, reject a project or block an account.
To request a review of a decision, contact support with the project ID and Request ID. Do not include sensitive account or payment information in a public message.
4. Payments, refunds and disputes
Before payment, TAHT displays the map area, project, final price and the meaning of the digital status. For resale, the seller sets the price; the service displays the previous sale, the 10% service share and a large-markup warning before purchase.
- Duplicate charges, unauthorized transactions, an undelivered service or a service that does not match its description are reviewed and refunded as required by law.
- A change of mind, a lower ranking or an unmet advertising expectation does not by itself guarantee a refund. Statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.
- When a refund is approved, the digital map-area assignment is reversed atomically and the audit history is retained.
Production purchases remain closed until a real payment provider is connected. No real money is collected in test mode. Required operator particulars and the legal basis for overseas data processing must be confirmed before real payments launch.
5. Service availability
Maintenance, a security incident or an interruption to map sources may temporarily restrict the service. TAHT takes measures to reduce errors and restore data, but does not absolutely guarantee uninterrupted operation.
6. Privacy and contact
How TAHT handles information is described in the Privacy Policy. The multilingual legal center includes the original Uzbek rules and the legislation referenced by the service.
